Aim & Scope

One of the main benefits of Section membership is Recent Developments in Public Utility, Communications and Transportation Industries. Recent Developments is a comprehensive review of developments in areas represented by the Section's committees. Recent Developments is published in July and distributed to all lawyer members of the Section. ^[1]
