Polish Journal of Surgery (PJS)

Aim & Scope
Polish Journal of Surgery (ISSN: 0032-373X) is one of the oldest scientific journals not only in our country but also in Europe. The Journal appears since 1920 and is the official organ of the Association of Polish Surgeons, which brings together all Polish surgeons since 1889 and currently has nearly 5,000 doctors - members. The huge value of the Journal is the fact that it is the only Polish scientific journal that publishes articles in all areas of surgery that compose general surgery. This gives Polish surgeons an opportunity to share knowledge and publish results of their research. Specializations falling within the scope of the magazine, in addition to the widely understood general surgery, are: surgery, oncology, surgery, thoracic, plastic and reconstructive surgery, gastroenterology and vascular surgery.
