Aim & Scope
Musicalia is a periodical publication dedicated to musicological studies in Italy. In his name, indeed, Italy and music intersect in a hybrid that alludes to the roots in Italy, for some decades now, of studies and scientific initiatives of musicological type according to a non-occasional presence and on a sufficiently large scale. The magazine was created with the explicit purpose of creating and making available to these studios a wide-ranging editorial space. It is proposed as a public forum for research companies, open to contributions from the international musicological community. Musicalia is a journal devoted to musicology in Italy. Here, in fact, Italy and music meet in a hybrid that wish to highlight the widest and considered existence of musicological studies and scholarly research that have taken root in Italy during the laste few decades. The journal intends to offer a comprehensive space for publication to these studies. It wants to create a public platform for scholarly research and welcomes contributions from the international musicology community. [1]
