Aim & Scope

Medical Mycology is a peer-reviewed scientific journal focusing on presenting original and innovative research devoted to all aspects of medical and veterinary mycology and the subject of fungal infections in oncology, pulmonology, gynecology and dentistry. Detailed issues raised in the journal include: etiologic agents of fungal infections, antifungal treatment and prevention and evaluation of new antifungal medicines. The journal publishes the best works from around the world describing original clinical trials. Moreover, it includes educational and review articles, as well as case reports written by mycologists, microbiologists and clinicians. In “Medical Mycology” reports from medical conferences, press releases and letters to the editor are also presented. ^[1]
