Aim & Scope
The journal illuminates organizational psychological issues at the interfaces of organization, team and individual. Based on their basic localization in organizational psychology, the GIO builds a bridge between theory, research and practice. In accordance with its subject, it is open to transdisciplinary and interdisciplinary approaches. Central topics are: Organizational design in the field of tension between participation and hierarchy, organizational and group dynamics, cooperation and teamwork, leadership, change processes and organizational consulting. Our magazine goes back to the traditional journal Gruppendynamik , which has been published since 1970, and is published with four issues per year. It is aimed at academics (researchers, lecturers, students), executives, HR specialists, internal consultants and practitioners in organizational consulting, personnel and team development, supervision and coaching. The journal publishes original scientific papers, including theoretical contributions, research contributions as well as practical reports. After the editorial, there is a general section on topical issues in the context of group, interaction and organization, followed by a thematic part on a thematic focus, in the last part there are sometimes shorter contributions to current trends. The contributions should preferably be written in German. [1]
