Aim & Scope
The German Journal of Human Resource Management (GHRM) formerly Zeitschrift für Personalforschung (ZfP), is a leading peer-reviewed resource for the international HR community, with a global reach and editorial board. It publishes quarterly and aims to advance scientific knowledge covering a broad spectrum of research topics related to human resource management, employment relations, behaviour in organisations and personnel economics. It publishes both theoretical articles as well as empirical work and is open to a wide range of methodological approaches. [1]
