Aim & Scope

The Drake Law Review publishes exemplary articles, notes, and lectures that are academically and practically relevant to professors, judges, practitioners, and law students. Publish works are informative, thoroughly researched, and diverse in scope. Drake University Law School students serve on the editorial board and staff. The students rigorously edit each published work in the quarterly issues to maintain the Drake Law Review’s reputation as one of the top law journals in the nation. ^[1]
