Aim & Scope

The mission of DOC News is to provide primary care providers and all clinicians involved in the care of people with diabetes with the most important, timely, and easy-to-read information available to combat the public health crises of diabetes, obesity, and cardiovascular disease. DOC News will spotlight clinical trials through coverage of scientific meetings in the U.S. and abroad and summaries of the latest publications in diabetes, obesity, and cardiovascular journals; address questions in the areas of primary care, endocrinology, cardiology, pharmacology, nursing, and nutrition; and inform its readers of key developments from the American Diabetes Association with ramifications for their patients. ^[1]
