Aim & Scope

Conservation Science Western Australia publishes papers by scientists and technical officers employed by the Department of Environment and Conservation. Submissions from outside the Department are not accepted, except when the research was funded by the Department. The policy of the Science Division of the Department is for its scientists to publish in mainstream national and international science journals; however, some research is of ‘parochial’ interest only or results in papers of monographic length. Conservation Science Western Australia is intended to ensure that such material is publicly available after it is peer reviewed by scientists external to the Department. ^[1]
