Aim & Scope

Born in 2004, Champ Pénal / Penal Field is a free electronic journal with free access. Resolutely multi-disciplinary, it publishes rigorous contributions participating in the analysis of the social, legal, historical, political, economic, cultural, ideological, scientific ... foundations of the discourses, instruments and practices that shape the criminal field. The purpose of the journal is to publish bilingual texts (French / English), with a view to disseminating French-language work more widely. ^[1]
