APJEL is a journal addressing the dynamic developments in environmental law in the Asia Pacific region.
APJEL was established in 1996 and has a global reputation for publishing scholarly and current analysis of all aspects of Asia Pacific environmental law and policy. From 2016 APJEL is published by Edward Elgar and joins Edward Elgar’s growing list of international scholarly journals.
APJEL publishes original articles, case notes, comments, country reports and book reviews. It provides in-depth and critical insights on environmental law that have relevance to those with an interest in the articulation and implementation of legal responses to environmental and developmental challenges in the Asia Pacific region.
